Declaration of Conformity TR CU
The Declaration of Conformity TR CU (EAC) guarantees the quality of goods. TR CU (EAC) Declaration is required for the sale and import of goods. If it is not there, then you will have to pay a fine of half a million rubles and the goods will be confiscated.
The document is valid in any of the countries that are part of the Customs Union. The issuer is exclusively the importing company. There must be evidence in the form of tests, including laboratory tests, that the goods have passed all appropriate checks. Should be considered, that the Federal Service can, in turn, verify the authenticity of this evidence and, in case of non-compliance, it is easy to pick up the goods, punishing them according to the law.
TR CU (EAC) Declaration is obtained as a result of actions:
- collection of the necessary documents;
- analysis with recording information in the protocol;
- filing an application;
- transfer of the collected to the checking authority;
- registration of the declaration, receipt of her number.
You can use it for a period of one to five years. In certain circumstances, there are slightly different dates.
EAC certificate – TR CU declaration are documents with many differences. Certification is a much thorough procedure; tests for it must be carried out in a special center. And the scheme for final certification is somewhat different. A special form is used to print the certificate, A4 sheets are used for the declaration. But anyway the declaration is no less reliable document.
A lot of goods, practically all of them for public consumption, must be declared without fail. The full list is present in the first paragraph of the technical regulation, in particular, these are: car parts, alcohol, beer, meat, milk, vegetables, food, cosmetics, soap, furniture, potatoes.
Once again, clarification of the required documents:
